Gregory Kline has nearly 22 years in the commercial real estate industry specializing in property tax representation, advisement, and litigation support. Mr. Kline represents a wide variety of property owners, including some of the largest institutional owners and corporations in the world.

Experience

Prior to joining Strategic, Mr. Kline was a Senior Manager with the Dallas office of Deloitte Tax. Mr. Kline had numerous national appeal responsibilities for a multitude of institutional-grade properties. Mr. Kline’s assignments have involved assessment and valuation issues for office buildings, regional malls and shopping centers, industrial properties, mixed-use projects, residential subdivisions, and development land. He has appeared at hearings before local tax assessors and boards of review in an effort to obtain fair and equitable property tax assessments for client properties.

Prior to joining Deloitte Tax, Mr. Kline worked 10 years in the Dallas office of Joseph Blake & Associates, a New York based national commercial appraisal firm. While at Blake, Mr. Kline appraised all forms of institutional-grade commercial real estate on a national basis. In fact, Mr. Kline has appraised property in 38 states.

Education

Mr. Kline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with concentrations in Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Kline is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas, and holds a State Certified General Appraisal designation in multiple states, including Texas.
