Brad Boyette is a nationally recognized authority in the property tax profession with over 23 years experience specializing in property tax representation, advisement, and litigation support. Mr. Boyette represents a wide variety of property owners, including some of the largest institutional owners and corporations in the world.
ExperienceMr. Boyette established Strategic Property Tax Advisors in September of 2000. Prior to forming Strategic, Mr. Boyette was the national real estate team leader with Arthur Andersen’s National Property Tax Initiative, managing 150 employees and 22 regional offices. Mr. Boyette is entrusted with the representation of several billion dollars in real estate. He has represented and negotiated virtually every commercial type, including major Class A office buildings, regional malls and shopping centers, industrial properties, mixed-use projects, residential subdivisions, and development land. As a result of his reputation for successfully handling some of the most difficult valuation issues, he is frequently called upon to consult with clients through their pre-acquisition and underwriting process. Mr. Boyette has provided regional and national property tax consulting services in nearly all mainland states.
EducationMr. Boyette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from East Texas State University (now known as Texas A&M at Commerce). Mr. Boyette is a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas.
