Executive Director/Senior Advisor
Greg Kline joined Strategic Property Tax Advisors in 2002 and has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in property tax representation, advisement, and litigation support. Greg has worked with some of the largest institutional owners, advisors, and management companies in the nation.
Experience
Greg’s experience includes valuation, advisory, and property tax consultation on office buildings, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, urban multifamily, industrial, and special-use projects.
His experience with institutional-grade properties is extensive and includes work done in 38 states. Before joining Strategic, Greg was Senior Manager at Deloitte with national appeal responsibilities for a wide variety of commercial real estate concerns, including private corporations. In addition, he worked for a New York-based national commercial appraisal firm where he appraised all forms and types of commercial real estate.

Mike Costa

Director/Senior Advisor
Mike joined Strategic Property Tax Advisors in 2007 and brought with him many years of experience from the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD), where he acquired a clear understanding of their practices and gained valuable insight into their perspectives. With 50 years in the industry, many of those specific to DCAD, Mike provides a tremendous information resource for our clients.
Experience
Mike came to Strategic from First American Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. As a National Manager, he oversaw personnel at multiple offices across the country. While there, his primary responsibilities centered around assessments, valuation, budgetary issues, and tax projections, with the work done encompassing almost every state in the U.S. He also handled annual appeals for all his clients. Previously, Mike spent 15 years in the DCAD as a commercial manager in charge of all property disciplines.
Mike has conducted significant negotiations with property tax consultants and taxpayers. He has provided testimony at appraisal review board hearings and been called as an expert witness in litigation.

Rahle joined Strategic Property Tax Advisors in 2011, has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and came to us with an impressive skill set. As the primary point of contact, she is in direct communication with our clients. Extremely knowledgeable about the industry and tech-savvy, Rahle is the team leader for maintaining our tax management system. She is adept at a myriad of skills and responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations within the organization.
Experience
Rahle came to Strategic from Younan Properties, one of the largest institutional commercial real estate firms in the country, where she was the Assistant Asset Manager. She was involved with the management of 8.5 million square feet of Class A office space for the Dallas and Houston portfolio.

Amanda “Brandy” Boyette was partner and confidant to Strategic founder Brad Boyette. Brandy plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's future and is dedicated to the drive of entrepreneurship. She now serves in the role of Principal and brings positive energy and fresh insight to Strategic’s team.
Early Years
Born in Dallas, TX, Brandy is a true Texan at heart. However, her adventurous spirit led her to spend several years living abroad gaining a global perspective.
Experience
For over 20 years, Brandy worked at the Dallas World Trade Center, where she represented numerous manufacturers and brands. Her clients, high-end retail establishments across the country, benefited from her deep industry knowledge and exceptional service.
Brandy's career journey included positions at Daisytek International, SBC Global, Metric Property Management, and Siemens USA. Her versatility allowed her to thrive in various corporate environments.
Education
Brandy studied Biology at the University of North Texas before pursuing further education at the University of Texas Arlington. Her commitment to learning and growth is evident in her achievements.

With three adult children, Brandy understands the importance of family. Family values are the core of her life, influencing her professional decisions and personal relationships. Brandy's journey exemplifies dedication, adaptability, and commitment to excellence in every avenue of life.
